Multi Met Trading takes proactive risk management measures to ensure continuity of business operations
Multi Met Trading (MMT) has formalized its comprehensive Business Continuity and Succession Planning Policy, a core component of its overall risk management and human capital strategy.
According to the company’s report, the Business Continuity & Succession Planning Committee (BCSPC) is a special body designated to oversee critical business functions. It will work together with the Board of Directors and Executive Management to develop and implement corporate policies.
The continuity policy identifies and mitigates a broad spectrum of risks, ranging from cybersecurity threats and operational failures to geopolitical shifts, and outlines a robust Incident Response Plan (IRP).
A Succession Planning Framework is designed to eliminate leadership gaps. The company will identify high-potential internal candidates, providing them with individualized development plans, mentorship, and cross-training to ensure a seamless transition for all critical roles.
By integrating these measures into daily operations and maintaining transparent communication with stakeholders, MMT aims to secure a competitive edge and ensure uninterrupted service in an increasingly volatile market.
