Multi Met Trading unveils comprehensive Employee Handbook

Abu Dhabi-based Multi Met Trading (MMT) has officially released its new Employee Handbook, a strategic document designed to streamline operations and reinforce the company’s culture in alignment with the United Arab Emirates (UAE) Labour Law.

The handbook serves as a comprehensive guide which outlines policies, procedures, rights, and responsibilities of the staff, and is focused on five core values: integrity, respect, excellence, innovation, and compliance.

Beyond basic administrative procedures, the document outlines a commitment to a positive and inclusive culture, mandating a zero-tolerance policy regarding harassment, bullying, and discrimination.

By integrating performance management with robust IT security and transparent communication channels, MMT aims to foster an environment of “mutual respect and continuous learning,” the company said in a statement.

MMT’s leadership expects this handbook to be the cornerstone of personal and organizational improvement within the company.
