MMT passes independent financial audit in accordance with international standards
Abu Dhabi-based Multi Met Trading (MMT) has published the results of an audit conducted by the Rödl Middle East, a leading multi-disciplinary audit, legal, and consulting firm.
The consultancy found the financial statements of MMT to present the financial position of the company as of December 31, 2025, fairly in all material respects.
Meanwhile, its financial performance and its cash flows for the reporting period ended in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
The audit was conducted in accordance with International Standards on Auditing (ISA), as Rödl was acting in line with the International Ethics Standards Board for Accountants’ Code of Ethics for Professional Accountants (IESBA Code) together with the ethical requirements that are relevant to its audit of the financial statements in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
“In our opinion, proper books of account have been kept by the company and the financial statements are in agreement therewith. We have obtained all the information and explanations we considered necessary for the purpose of our audit,” Rödl said in a report.
MMT is an international metals trading company headquartered in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Its goal is the responsible sourcing of metals and minerals essential for energy transition, green technologies, and modern industry.
